Step 1: Setup Reference Point
Establish where the Committee Boat is. You can sit next to it and lock your GPS, or type in coordinates manually.
Step 2: Monitor Real-Time Distance
Navigate towards your destination. Card 1 will display your live distance and heading to the target.
Step 3: Lay Offset Buoy
When you reach the mark, tap Save Location. The blue card will begin showing offsets from that point.
Step 1: Choose Course & Target Mark
Select the race course (e.g. T1) and the target mark (e.g. Gybe Mark) to define the route.
Step 2: Configure Speed Settings
Configure the starting heading and speed (default is 45 mph).
Step 3: Start Simulation & Auto-Slowdown
Start the simulator. The boat will auto-steer. At 300 ft, the autopilot will automatically drop speed to 8 mph to simulate the turn approach.
